These terms govern your use of letsapply.now, operated by NC Labs, Zürich, Switzerland (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
letsapply.now lets you build a career profile, generate and tailor CVs and cover letters with AI assistance, review them with an AI hiring panel, and track job applications. We continuously improve the service and may add, change or retire features.
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide truthful information — the service is designed to present your real experience well, not to fabricate it.
Your CV data, documents and photos remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the service (including AI processing described in the privacy policy). If you publish a public CV page, you make that page visible to anyone with the link until you unpublish it.
AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Review every CV, score and letter before using it. You are responsible for what you send to employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome.
The free tier is free. Paid plans are billed through Stripe; prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Danger zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
We provide the service with care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities (including hiring outcomes). Mandatory statutory liability — including for intent and gross negligence — is unaffected.
Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
If we materially change these terms, we’ll notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect.
